It have been a long time i have no update my blog. Actually, i just want to share with all of you, my homemade 'Palova'..Before this, i never eat Pavlova, but i heard a lot of people said that " once they eat, they will love it"..so i try to find it! So i google where can i buy pavlova and want to know the price. lastly i found one restaurant at Aeon Jusco AU2 name
Rock Salt Grill & Coffee and the price is RM12.50 if not mistaken.(quit expensive for a slice of cake)...so lastly i decide to DIM(Do It Myself) hehe..
OK!
Ingredients
1) 4 egg white
2) 1 cup of castor sugar@3/4 cup(for less sweet)
3) 1/2 tbsp. of corn starch
4) 1 tsp. white vinegar
5) 1 tsp. vanilla essence
Topping
1) Whipping cream (*make sure it is non-dairy)
2) 1 tbsp. of sugar (* if the cream is not sweet)
3) 1/2 tsp. vanilla essence
4) fruit ( better has sour taste so that the taste of pavlova is balance)
Procedure
* Pre-heat oven 160 degree calcius
1) pour egg white into the bowl.
2) Beat the egg white at high speed until it turn fluffy@soft peak
3) Add sugar 1 tbsp. at a time until it look shiny.
4) Add corn flour, vanilla essence, white vinegar.
5) Mix them until stiff. @ when you turn the bowl it would not fall
6) Put it on baking paper. (you can shape it as you like)
7) Turn to 150@140 degree calcius of you put it into oven ( put it at the middle level )
8) After 40-45 min.(with fan) your pavlova is done.
* After done, do not remove the pavlova directly from oven, open the door a little and let it cool for a while.

The outside of pavlova is crunchy while inside is very sweet and soft like mashmallow.
I am happy because i get good comment from my family after they taste it..
and i gonna love pavlova from now on..^_^
